Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video that:

  • Starts before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly shows the shipping label and package condition.
  • Captures the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • Clearly shows the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 working days may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use after delivery.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items (unless damaged or defective).

4. Refund and Replacement Options

Once your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
  • Full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit, if mutually agreed.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected, or after the claim is verified when a return shipment is not required.

The actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping
